I started Sinopath because too many great e-commerce brands were losing margin to middlemen, mystery markups, and supply chains they couldn't see. I've spent years inside Chinese factories, freight yards, and bonded warehouses — the goal has always been the same: give founders the same visibility a local operator has.
Today I help 20+ e-commerce brands source smarter, ship leaner, and rebuild their supply chain from the ground up — same product, better partners, tighter logistics.
